Panel Hover
When removing a panel entry, I did "Show Panel Configuration," and then tried
to hover over an entry to click "remove." Unfortunately, pop-ups can appear
under the configuration window, making them unusable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Show Panel Configuration
2. Highlight a panel entry in the proximity of the configuration screen
