Still happens with Plasma 6.1.2, but with a difference from the initial
description. The first first time you click on the pencil, the
KColorSchemeEditor window appears. But the second time you click on the pencil
(after having closed the KColorSchemeEditor window), a menu with only the item
‘Edit Color Scheme...’ appears. However, it’s not possible to click on this
menu item, as it disappears when you move the mouse pointer to hover over it.
