I have the same issue on Bazzite with KDE Plasma 6.1.1. Using an NVIDIA card
3060ti driver: 555.58.02.
A quick (but possible insecure) workaround is to drop into a tty (ALT+F3) and
type in:
```
sudo loginctl unlock-sessions
```
