In case of a corrupt connection being detectable (by Krusader or KIO or kernel)
the moving operation should abort immediately and no file should be lost
(successful copy before deleting). If this does not happen we have a critical
bug here somewhere.

I'm currently implementing an alternative to the queue manager (general job
manager) but is this even related to the queue manager? It sounds like a
general problem.

Can you try to reproduce this (with toy files of course) using
- "mv" command in terminal and even
- "kioclient move" command

and tell us more? Thanks.

There no option for that and a copy is never made in trash when moving files.
