Installing gvfs-gphoto2, gvfs-mtp and nautilus is a common solution to be able
to load an Android with MTP.
KIO (and dolphin) should be able to do the same.
Currently the mtp session cannot hold and the devices keeps
appearing/disappearing. It is impossible to browse.
