My goodness... how time flies....
I'm treating those limits as design choices. Perhaps it would be easier to
explain if both were two characters but you could easily be flooded in results
when searching for content.
I think this probably ought to be "Resolved", "Intentional" - but I'll leave as
"Waiting for Info" in case anyone diagrees....
