There have been a load of changes since 2018, most recent one dealing with
random crashes being here:

Given that the last duplicate logged was 2021, I think close this. If this is
still causing trouble (on a recent system), best open a new call...
I'll leave this as "Waiting for Info" in case you want to keep the call open...
