but also not know how to enter that forum thing
use plasma NEON first time
and on the browser URL drag drop get that
sticky notes entry of it ( instead a URL icon on desktop (win10) )
now if i have to live with that is OK,
but then it would be required that i can use that URL again
* from sticky notes to open a browser window with that URL
by a simple double click ( or context menu )
and NOT by COPY PASTE

and i am very happy with KDE Plasma Neon
on a Samsung Laptop.
