SUMMARY
This bug has been present since the initial public release of Plasma 6.1.1 on
Fedora 40. The cursor is completely invisible on a new line and only appears
when you begin typing text.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the Sticky Notes widget to the taskbar (right-click on the taskbar ->
Add Widgets -> Sticky Notes)
2. Open the Sticky Notes widget.

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor is invisible until you start typing something.


EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should be visible and blinking on a new line, ready for you to start
typing.
