SUMMARY
Allow Plasma to auto-timeout so the screen becomes locked, the brightness gets
turned down and once you log in, there is no way to turn the brightness back
up. You have to reboot for the controls to become available again
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plasma 6.1.1, allow timeout so it locks the screen
2. Once the locked screen is shown, login
3. Go to settings > Power Management
4. No way of adjusting the screen brightness as Power Management is blank
EXPECTED RESULT
Ability to change screen brightness as before 6.x update
