SUMMARY
When clicking a Plasmoid in Plasma's panel, it seems they dont open, but
actually they are opening, is just the animation is not updating properly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on a plasmoid in the panel
2. Close it
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel opens but doesn't close

Panel should close
