STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher
2. Select category
3. Try to use mouse to scroll far right scroll bar
OBSERVED RESULT
The scroll bar highlights -- mouse displays horizontal double arrow to widen
launcher
EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to use the mouse and scrollbar
