[systemsettings] [Bug 489202] Get additional touchpad settings. Installing some package, can't remember. Was it a drivers package?

In Plasma 6, you can't, sorry.  Even if you could, Synaptics only works on X11
and does not work at all on Wayland, so you'd have to use Libinput there
anyway.
