STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Default panel: Floating
2. Open some windows, maximize at least one if the windows
3. Open the overview effect
4. Switch between the virtual desktops (ctrl+meta+left/right or click into the
VDs)
OBSERVED RESULT
The windows adjust their size and positions due to an invisible panel
animation.
If the panel is not floating, the issue is not observable.
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel and it's setting doesn't play any role and the windows' geometries
and positions keep being static.
