SUMMARY
When clicked, the dropdown menu freezes, making the Plasma panel, and portions
of the Plasma desktop unusable
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on system tray dropdown arrow
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel freezes immediately
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel does not freeze
