STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open system settings. 2. Choose "Mouse". 3. Lower scrolling speed. Default is 5, lower to 2 for example. 4. Open taskbar (only icons) settings. 5. Choose behaviour. 6. Mark the checkbox of mouse wheel "cycles through tasks" 7. Open any 5 applications so that their icons will appear on the taskbar. Do not minimize them. 8. Scroll on empty space of the taskbar, it takes a lot of scrolling to switch apps. OBSERVED RESULT It takes a lot of effort to scroll the taskbar to switch apps. Scrolls are "skipped". EXPECTED RESULT It should take exactly 1 scroll to switch apps. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux, KDE Plasma 6, Wayland. (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION After reproducing this bug reset the scrolling speed (step 3) to its default value - 5.
