SUMMARY
Scrolling taskbar (icons only) to switch apps not working as intended when
scrolling speed is not default (5).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings.
2. Choose "Mouse".
3. Lower scrolling speed. Default is 5, lower to 2 for example.
4. Open taskbar (only icons) settings.
5. Choose behaviour.
6. Mark the checkbox of mouse wheel "cycles through tasks"
7. Open any 5 applications so that their icons will appear on the taskbar. Do
not minimize them.
8. Scroll on empty space of the taskbar, it takes a lot of scrolling to switch
apps.

"skipped".
