After watching the video and opening some applications in full screen, after
closing them and launching menu «Application Dashboard», some widgets disappear
from the panel.
After the session is restarted, the widgets on the panel are restored.

was added for the libplasm package build
After rolling back the commit from the libplasma package, the problem
disappeared.
