Tested on another aarch64 system (raspberry pi 5) and same issue on plasma x11
(the issue does not occur on plasma wayland).
I hope that a developer can look into this since it seems easily reproducible.
I believe this bug is also the root cause of the mouse being offset on some
window decoration interactions when a window is docked to the left or top (but
not when docked to the right or bottom).
