SUMMARY
I noticed a big where when you have a browser open, fullscreen konsole then
pull konsole down from the top fast it makes half the screen go black, fixed by
moving mouse over the black but i dont think it should be happening
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. fullscreen a browser
2. fullscreen konsole
3. pull konsole window down at a decent speed
OBSERVED RESULT
half the screen is black
EXPECTED RESULT
not have half the screen be black

Kernel Linux 6.9.5-arch1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1

im on wayland and an amd card (6900xt)
