Don't think so, as this started happening just after the update to 6.1. First screencast shows it happening in Slack. Second one in Firefox Developer edition. Tried with Google Chrome and it can share Chrome Tab ONLY, but fails with a window or a screen. OBS can't record screen anymore (it's black).
