Video showing bug

SUMMARY

When I apply on the same image two transform (one scaling down to 25% and one
doing nothing), the quality is suddenly super bad.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDEnlive and import in the project a png image (see attachments)
2. Insert the png in the timeline
3. Add to this new clip an effect Transform, and set scale to 25%. Observe the
preview in reasonable quality.
4. Drag a second Transform on the object. Observe how the quality suddenly
dropped (in both preview and exported video)

OBSERVED RESULT

Bad quality

EXPECTED RESULT

No quality loss when applying an identity filter.
