And if your battery controller is dogshit like mine in ASUS ROG G752VT, the battery will die pretty fast anyway. In fact, after the first battery replacement I was so conscious about its lifespan that I tried to unplug and re-plug the charger every two hours while it lasted, for almost two months! And I even sketched and ordered parts to build a Bluetooth powered relay socket. But guess what? It didn't make much difference, not to warrant such a hustle. If you really want the notifications, you could write a script to check the charge level via `upower -i /org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/battery_BAT0` or a raw D-Bus query, and wire it up to `notify-send(1)` -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
