Meanwhile, do you think it would be good if we have an automatic test suite in, say KSvg, that collects all SVG icons that used to be rendered wrong, and compares the QSvg renderering results against, say, rsvg or resvg, via some image similarity metric? Maybe this should really be upstream, too. But there probably will be more regressions and KDE will be receiving bug reports, so I'd expect such tests to save some time in future bug investigation.
