Kdevelop seems to ignore highlighting and inspecting usage of template
alisases. Here's a minimal code to reproduce the error.
template<typename T>
using my_vec = std::vector<T>;
my_vec<int> doStuff();
Inside the using declaration, my_vec is highlighted properly, but not when it
is used (eg. in the function declaration)
