Resizing settings until there's nothing left

SUMMARY
The settings dialog does not have minimum values for width and height set, so
it's possible to resize it until there's only a small strip left, even "eating"
the close button itself.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open the Settings panel and resize the window by moving the mouse cursor to one
of the 4 corners and drag

OBSERVED RESULT
The window including (the titlebar and the window control buttons) disappears

EXPECTED RESULT
Just like in the main application window, it should not be possible to make the
window smaller than a fixed threshold. At least the titlebar and some part of
the application should remain visible. The QT application Kasts
(https://flathub.org/apps/org.kde.kasts) has a similar settings dialog with
minimum width and height set, so it might be possible to copy code from there.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Arch Linux with Gnome 46 on Wayland and Version 24.05.0 installed from Flathub.
