I can Confirm, KDE NEON, Plasma 6.05.
Same for SMB lokal drives.
In my case, password was saved before now it is forgotten by Dolphin. User and
Password is correctly saved in Kwallet and visible there. But is not applied in
Dolphin. Also not able to remember the password again. (no checkbox present)
