Video demonstrating the issue of icons moving incorrectly or not positioning as
desired
SUMMARY
In the "Icon-Only Task Manager" component of plasmashell, there are issues when
trying to rearrange icons. When attempting to move an icon, the icon adjacent
to the selected one is moved instead. Additionally, the selected icon often
does not get placed in the desired position.
