Video replicating the issue

When setup multiple displays configs, the 'Primary Display' option does not
appear at first. I had to apply changes, go out and then on to see the option
appear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With two displays available, the system is connected to only one display.
2. Open the 'Display & Monitor' section in system settings.
3. Enable the second display and click apply.
4. After the changes have been applied, the 'Primary' radio button to select
the primary button does appear.
5. After moving out and in to the section, the option then appeared.

OBSERVED RESULT

The 'Primary' radio button was not visible.

EXPECTED RESULT

The 'Primary' radio button is visible after the second display is enabled (or
after the changes have been applied).
