In this capture I have all my applications open (firefox, kmail, quassel, konsole, yakuake, virt-manager) and doing my normal work (answering emails and the like). This is a fresh boot and plasma performance is still good and there is no issue. I've installed the debug symbols for plasma-workspace dependencies.
