SUMMARY
The "site feedback category" link (https://discuss.kde.org/c/site-feedback)
returns a 404 error, there isn't a "site feedback" category at
https://discuss.kde.org/categories, and I don't get any relevant results by
searching for the words: https://discuss.kde.org/search?q=site%20feedback
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Naviagte to https://discuss.kde.org/faq
2. Find "site feedback category"
3. Click on the link (https://discuss.kde.org/c/site-feedback)
OBSERVED RESULT
Server returns a 404 error: "Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private."
EXPECTED RESULT
Arrive at a forum page where I can submit feedback about the site.
