What happens after adding the application menu bar
SUMMARY
The KDevelop menu bar is not displayed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. KDevelop's menu bar displays normally when there is no app menu bar at the
top.
2. After adding the top app menu bar, the KDevelop menu bar is not displayed.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
