"Move window to the center" should be animated.
When using this shortcut, currently, the window gets moved to the center
without any transition. Only when you grab the window (with wobbly windows
enabled) and press the shortcut before the wobbly effect has ended, your window
will get moved with a wobbly effect. Quite nice, but this should always be the
case.
