SUMMARY
Cannot add a title screen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kdenlive, start a new project
2. Open Project. See "Add Title Clip" grayed out
3. Also selecting from templates gives invalid tests

OBSERVED RESULT
There is a message saying "Cannot open <filepath to title>".

This works with 24.05 under Windows 11 but under Slackware Linux does not.

EXPECTED RESULT
Kdenlive should be able to create and write titles, and put them in projects
and render them as part of the video file.
