SUMMARY
When pinnning an app to the panel using the icon only task manager, you have to
click "pin to task manager" twice to get it to pin.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on app icon
2. Click Pin to Task Manager
3. Then be forced to do so again.
OBSERVED RESULT
Just takes an extra click to pin the app.
EXPECTED RESULT
The app is pinned when you pin it the first time.
