SUMMARY
This is what my launcher looks like right now.
I opened it in order to shut down and found it like this.
Actually I tried clicking on random points within the seemingly empty region
and it runs random stuff, so I guess the buttons are there but invisible.

I'd love to open the system setting but without the launcher I don't know how
to access it. Look for any recent bug report of mine.
