Hi, the report in BUG 478321 says " Quick swipes are show it, but a slow swipe
will allow you to go two desktops as well if you don't stop." I interpret that
as saying that if you swipe quickly, the issue always occurs, and the issue
sometimes occur if you swipe slowly. Given that the two reports appear to have
the same underlying cause, I am going to remark this as a duplicate. Thanks for
understanding!
