SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use "Change Screen Priorities" under Display & Monitor in System Settings,
set display that should be primary to the top of the list
2. Click apply

OBSERVED RESULT

Task Manager (taskbar) at bottom of display is placed on a different display
than the one that was set to primary.

EXPECTED RESULT
Task Manager (taskbar) at bottom of display should be placed on the same
display that is marked as "Primary"
