screenshot of the desktop with affected windows open

Overview:
On a resolution of 1366x768 I can not see the bottom buttons of the "Displays"
dialog window.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Set your resolution to 1366x768
2) Open the "Displays" dialog window.

Actual results:
Window went partially under my Task Manager panel.

Expected results:
Window displayed fully, or if not, it could be scaled / resized so that it did.

Additional information:
* I've discovered this bug on Virtualbox Version 5.0.28 r111378, but I don't
think this is very relevant.
* Check the attached screenshot, it should illustrate this bug clearly.
