SUMMARY
When the user tries to take a screenshot using the "Rectangular Region" option,
the spectacle window is still shown. This makes it very difficult to take
cropped screenshots of things, especially on smaller screen sizes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle
2. Click "Rectangular Region" option

OBSERVED RESULT
The Spectacle window is still visible in the center of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Spectacle window should be hidden so I can take a screenshot unobstructed.
