SUMMARY
If you go into regional screenshot mode, select a region and press "save" or
"save as" the resulting screenshot will jarringly flash almost fullscreen in
the background while you're selecting a location to save.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into regional screenshot mode
2. Select a region
3. press save as
OBSERVED RESULT
the region that was selected gets stretched and displayed in the background
EXPECTED RESULT
there is nothing in the background
