Settings → Keyboard → Layouts → Switching policy → Set to "Window" 3. Enabled "Configure layouts" and add another keyboard layout, if you don't already have two. I added Greek 4. Click on keyboard layout switcher in the System Tray to switch to the new layout (Greek in my case) 5.
