STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. search for 'overview' in the settings 2. try to make a keyboard shortcut so that the overview is being displayed when the menu key is pressed 3. OBSERVED RESULT The overview isn't being displayed. EXPECTED RESULT The overview needs to be displayed. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 40 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 Kernel Version: 6.8.9-300.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 16 × Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-2637 v4 @ 3.50GHz Memory: 125.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 Manufacturer: Dell Inc. Product Name: Precision Rack 7910 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Assigning the shortcut in the settings for the desktop effects doesn't work, either. Apparently there are many layers through which shortcuts are being assigned and they are conflicting with each other. Try to assign the Menu key to the application dashboard and the Meta key to show the overview. That is also impossible but it is what I want: These keys have icons on them that would match their function if I only could assign them like that. No matter what I assign, the Meta key always brings up the application dashboard :(((( Is KDE still in an alpha stage? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
