SUMMARY
Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 14APH8, Fedora 40 + Plasma 6.0.4. Occasionally, when my
laptop wakes up, or secondary display is unplugged and plugged back (via HDMI),
secondary display becomes either blinking or full blank one showing cursor
only.
After laptop reboot, everything works correctly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. put laptop to sleep --> wake it up / unplug and re-plug secondary display
