SUMMARY
When renaming in icon view, the cursor and the text is not centered but goes to
the very left. It happens only with short names. Here's a screenshot:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ger a file with a short name in icon view and commit a rename.
OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor and the text is not centered but goes to the very left.
EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should be centered. The newly entered text as well.
