For me this behaviour is inconsistent -- sometimes when I scroll with my
trackpad, the applications grid scrolls, and sometimes it does not. But when my
cursor is on or near the scrollbar, scrolling always works. (openSUSE
Tumbleweed 20240510, KDE Plasma 6.0.4, KDE Frameworks 6.1.0, Qt 6.7.0)
