Even for a "Refresh" button, a.k.a. "Check for Updates…" it lacks the
feedback, such as showing a progress notification, changing tooltip text to
something like "Last time checked at xx:yy", animating/spinning its circular
icon (kinda meh without Lottie animations or in case of themable icons).
