This still happens on version 5.27.11, mouse movement lags in task manager
area.
Also that this is market as duplicate of 464530 which doesn't sound right. My
laptop have resources 8 cores, 31GB etc. and INTEL graphics, not NVIDIA as they
say is root cause of 464530.

It would be great to know how to solve this because this is annoying bug.
