STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable and activate "Track Mouse" desktop effect.
2. Move mouse cursor with the tablet
OBSERVED RESULT
The "tracker" stays where the cursor was left off by the last mouse movement,
and does not follow cursor when moved by the tablet pen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The mouse cursor should be followed by the tracker regardless of the device
that moves it.
