All default.
Filename is the default: Screencast_<yyyy><MM><dd>_<hh><mm><ss>
Format the only available one: WebM/VP9

But I also tried using different saving places, no difference.

No /tmp is a tmpfs

My guess is that kpipewire has a bug on amd gpu, because of this console
output:
