SUMMARY
Volume media buttons do not follow active output device without intervention.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a different audio output device
2. Attempt to adjust volume with media buttons

4. Open the audio volume widget again, and click the slider on the active
device
5. Attempt to adjust volume with media buttons again
6. Volume of the active device is now changed

OBSERVED RESULT
The device whose volume is being adjusted is not the newly active device until
the panel is kept open and the slider is clicked on.
